Year 2000 (Y2K) Compliance

We at Verity recognize the challenges and importance of becoming year 2000 compliant and are working towards that goal. As a Year 2000 Compliance program is an ongoing process and information regarding Year 2000 Compliance can change, the contents of this page are current as of the date of first shipment of this Product. Verity has used reasonable procedures to verify that its software will recognize and process date fields relating to the date change from December 31, 1999 to January 1, 2000, will perform correctly date-dependent calculations and operations (including sorting, comparing and reporting) relating to such date change, and will not experience software ending, invalid or incorrect results as a result of such date change (all without human intervention, other than original data entry of valid dates), provided that its software receives correct and properly formatted date inputs from all software and hardware that exchanges data with or provides data to its software.
